[Bug 97371] assigning shortcut to the suspend button suspends the computer

Public bug reported:

When I try to assign the suspend to a keyboard shortcut using /usr/bin
/gnome-keybinding-properties, the computer suspends.

I expected the key to be re-assigned to the new function instead
suspending my computer.
