[Bug 97557] In Feisty, Evolution doesn't remember online/offline mode

Binary package hint: evolution

Evolution can switch between an online mode (File -> Work online) and an
offline mode (File -> Work offline). I'm using the german translation,
so the exact wording could be different in english.

In Dapper Drake and Edgy Eft (and possibly before that, I can't
remember) evolution remembered the online/offline mode from the last
session. In Feisty Fawn, it doesn't: At startup, evolution is in offline
mode, always.
