[Bug 97580] codec install does not say anything when user cancels the install

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

When I selected a file that needs a codec installation and cancel the
selection no dialog/information is displayed that no codec is available
and the file can not be played. Rhythmbox is just "blank".
