[Bug 97676] xchat-gnome doesn't reauthenticate to nickserv when reconnecting

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xchat-gnome

xchat correctly reconnects to servers when it loses and reestablishes
its network connection.  However, it doesn't reauthenticate to nickserv
when doing this.  It does authenticate correctly when first starting up.

This is annoying because freenode will discard private messages from
unauthenticated users, and this is not very visible in xchat because the
error comes into the server's tab, not the tab where the message was
sent.
