You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I downloaded and burned the Ubuntu 7.04 Beta.

I put the CD in my CD-rom drive and rebootet. At the cd-start screen I
selected "German" as language, and the menu changed correctly into
German.

But there is a fatal translation error on the desktop. The menu on the
upper side of the screen is correct, but the files on the desktop!
"Install" and "Examples", but that's not very good when you selected
German.

So I think it's important to change it so "Installieren" and
"Beispiele", because when you select German in the boot menu, you should
get a German desktop.

And I do not know if everyone knows that "Install" and "Installieren"
means the same here in Germany...

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
