[Bug 98636] Gnome mahjongg : tile floating in difficult level

On Ubuntu Edgy, gnome mahjongg 2.16.1

One of the tiles seems to be floating above the board, ie. there is no tile under it.
on the board, line 5 from the top, column 4 from the left, the 3rd layer contains a tile without any under it.
This is the same for the tile on Layer 2, line 5, column 3.
