Please add xfce4-statusnotifier-plugin to the xubuntu packageset

Hello Ubuntu Developers!

Xubuntu has added a new package [1] to the archive and our seed starting
with bionic [2] and would like to have it added to our packageset [3] so we
can continue to maintain it. Please refresh the xubuntu packageset and add
"xfce4-statusnotifier-plugin".
