CoreDev membership application

I'm fine with both solutions, so either taking care of it via the
mailing list, or with having a one-off meeting at any of the
aforementioned hours (so 12:30 UTC or 22:30 UTC). I have no
preferences, but I assume 22:30 UTC might be better suited for the US
timezone-compatible DMB members.
