Request for qtermwidget to be added to the Lubuntu packageset

Just the same kind of request as usual. qtermwidget is a part of LXQt 
(https://github.com/lxqt/qtermwidget), and is seeded in Lubuntu. It 
would be nice for Lubuntu Developers to be able to upload updates for it 
without the help of a MOTU.

(Sorry to be making so many requests so quickly, I've been trying to do 
a full audit and update of the LXQt stack, so pretty much every "stray" 
package is sticking out in the process.)
