Sorry there weren't enough DMB members at the meeting.

The reason for the limit of one applicant per meeting is simply that we
kept running out of time trying to handle two applications in one hour,
and it seemed wrong to keep letting down the second applicant.

Alberto booked the slot first, so I think he should get priority on the
day. If you want to try and fit in after him and it works out, then
great. However, DMB members may have conflicts after the scheduled hour
and be unable to continue so if the meeting runs out of time then you'll
have to reschedule again.

Unfortunately I'm not available for that particular meeting. I have sent
my apologies to the list.
