The DMB had a good impression and had been close to vote +1, but the
case we discussed left a few weak spots that we would like to see some
evidence for as we do from all others. We proposing to:

- Study what we recommended
- Please fix up what was observed
- Come back here explaining how and why it has been resolved

So the decision is a "no(t yet, but you are great already - please come
back after the above)".
