[Desktop-crew] Re: Adding packages to ubuntu-desktop packageset

I suggest plymouth needs to stay in the list. Desktop has been working on
Plymouth for years and it's quite a hindrance when we can't upload our own
work. I'm sure Seb can back me up here.
