In plucky, questing and resolute+ src:evince was demoted to universe as src:papers replaced it as the default PDF viewer in Ubuntu Desktop. Please add src:papers to the ubuntu-desktop packageset for (plucky, questing, resolute), and you may remove evince which is now in universe.
