Request to clean up server package set

Hi,
[1] was not updated in a long time, probably because our folks
continuously work on the archive and therefore usually get core-dev
rather quickly so it does not matter. But you know, recent additions
might struggle to upload half our things :-)

Therefore I compared [1] with the current set of ownerships in [2].
Other than history adding or forgetting packages there also is the
split of server work to openstack and kernel-packages. As well as the
recent rebalance with debcrafters.

Overall, that gave me a list we should remove from the server package
set, someone working in the server team or even on the Ubuntu server
in general is likely not needing those or would in the worst case step
on others toes.
And vice versa I have a bunch of things we added to the server in the
recent decade which isn't there and hence people working on the server
and applying or having applied for package set will otherwise be
unable to upload. All of those ring a bell of being MIRs in the recent
and not so recent past.

Therefore I'd ask to please remove from [1]
