Request for reinstating Core Developer membership - thank you!

Hello!

I wasn't sure if devel-permissions@ is still used or not, so I started a
discourse thread about this:

But, if possible, could I be reinstated as an Ubuntu Core Developer? Most
likely missed the expiration e-mail due to badly configured primary-mail
configuration on Launchpad.
