ubuntu-image 0.9

ubuntu-image 0.9 has been released to the snap store and zesty, with SRUs to
yakkety and xenial pending.  This fixes several reported problems, in addition
to the 0.8 bugs that were fixed but due to the archive freeze didn't really
make it into any available release channel except snaps.

Most importantly, LP: #1634557 fixed an MBR-related partition size rounding
error which caused some images to be corrupted.  Thanks to Steve Langasek for
tracking that one down.

All of the official models at
http://people.canonical.com/~vorlon/official-models/ should now be buildable
with ubuntu-image 0.9.
