Worst case, you can prepare the kernel snap's directory structure the way you like with custom scripts (kernel build is fairly standard) and then assemble the snap from this output. This would allow for out-of-tree kernel modules as well.</div><div> But in any case I'd recommend building the kernel at the same times as the modules.
