  * New upstream release
    - debian/control: Bump the {build-}dependencies
    - Drop d/p/01_fix_ftbfs_gcc7.patch, d/p/03_cache_rules.patch and
      d/p/04_add_additional_flags_gcc.patch, merged upstream
    - d/p/02_remove_rpath.patch: Refreshed
  * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.2.1 (no further changes)
  * debian/control: Breaks against python3-sepolicy (<< 2.8-3~), it uses a
    private API that has been removed and needs to be ported
