ask about root password...

since e knew from the beginning that the traffic on this list woudnt get
as high as on other dev lists and we didnt want to split up in two lists
yet, we decided that its fine for support as well. if the traffic once
rises well reconsider, but until then asking support questions here is
fine as well.
