Announcing Custard - Sabayon alternative

In terms of lockdown and etc, anything that stores its configuration data in
the home directory of the user (dot files and etc) will work and be picked
up.

Basically its powered by scripts which the Gambas program is effectivly a
GUI for. It might seem a tad 'dirty' compared to Sabayon's file monitoring
and etc, but it works well for what I need it for. Just thought I'd release
it for people who need something and can't get Sabayon working.
