SOLVED : Problem 2/2 cant loggin with gnome using LDAP

In order to loggin using LDAP the user MUST have a home directory allredy installed with som files in that gnome wants for loggin in.
New users without any homedir can't loggin in they get a error messege about there system group cant be set.
So 2 of 3 problems fixed.
