Learning English using Edubuntu

Hello,

I run a small refurbishing center where Ubuntu / Edubuntu is installed 
on older PCs (mostly Piii 500s / 196~256 ram) and donated to those who 
need them. We took 62 computers to New Orleans this summer and our next 
focus will be our local Hispanic farmworker community.

Many of these recipients will want to use their new computers to help 
learn English. Is there any ESL applications for Linux? Have you any 
other ideas that might help?
