We are a internet cafe, in Denmark, based on volunteer work. we are
experimenting, with edubuntu for our internet pc's. We had several
problems wit the network, i think there is some conflict with our hardware
router, which have the ip 192.168.0.254.
So we decided to install a server an try it on one thin client, without
internet access. we made a default install with the settings suggested at
edubuntu.org
the install went fine and we connected the switch and the thin client. We
booted the thin client and it got its IP from the server and i could see
it was booting from the server.
I was under the impression that i should get a login screen, but all that
happened was this
