Well, the only budget I have are office electricity, proxy net
connection (for the updates), 2-3 hours of my time after office hours,
and my newbie experience with linux.

Sorry for the late reply, typhoon struck the Philippines [1] and most
of Luzon had no electricity for more than two days.

Please bear with my pestering.  We'll ask again as problems arise.
