There are several techniques you can try.  The following link describes 
installing 32-bit Firefox with Flash and Java on 64-bit machines.  I can 
vouch for the first technique, as I've used it with success.

The next link describes using a script called "getlibs".  I used that 
technique to get Skype running.

I also remember an "ldd" command example being given.  I'm not sure if 
it'll download/install 32-bit libraries, but it certainly looked promising.

Maybe one of those techniques can help you.  As I'm not familiar with 
squeak, I can't comment directly on it.
