Don't know about a tutorial, but you can just try this:
1. Identify your network card
Run:
lspci -nn
on a console and identify the name and ID of your network card. The PCI
ID should look something like "10b7:9201"
2. Go to http://www.rom-o-matic.com/5.4.3
On field 1 choose your NIC (make sure the PCI ID code is correct)
On field 2 choose the "LILO/GRUB/SYSLINUX loadable kernel format
(.zlilo)"
You can check the "configuration" button and then just click the "Get
ROM"
3. Save the file you downloaded in /boot, with a name like
"lanboot.zlilo" or something like that.
4. Edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst file and add these lines:
title Remote boot
kernel /boot/lanboot.zlilo
If you are not used to edit menu.lst the safest place to put the lines
is at the very bottom.
There's a "default" option in menu.lst that let's you choose wich option
will boot by default, you can change that if you want the remote boot to
be default (mind that in grub the first option is number "0").
Good luck :)
