I am not sure I understand this, sorry.

If you already have a live CD and offer it to anyone else, that may be 
useful, thanks. It is ok to copy it and also pass on the copies also.

If you want to get a live CD, you can download an iso image and burn 
one yourself, or you can ask for one to be sent to you from the shipit 
project.
