How to upgrade ltsp

Not trivial but probably doable.  On the other hand, there may still be
bugs to be fixed and changes to be made in gutsy/ltsp.

I would be afraid to just do it and assume it would be okay without
testing.  However, given a little down-time, I would have thought you'd be
okay.  Your mileage might vary of course.
