use Dansguardian (http://dansguardian.org)  for filtering

Here you will find a installation for a combination of a proxy 
(tinyproxy), a firewall (firehol) and a dansguardian gui. I use it ,too.
It is for Feisty, but it is easy to fix for Gutsy.
