Testing Gutsy amd64 and ltsp i386

How were they crashing?  Can you give us a little more info.

Quite likely.  Can you post the contents of your /etc/exports?
Have you installed nfs-kernel-server?  Is it starting?

Right, that's X not starting.

This is bad, as tty1 is always a login.  Any reason why you're
not using LDM?

Also, lowercase won't work.

It should be either:

SCREEN_07=startx

or

SCREEN_07=ldm

Doesn't exist in LTSP5, hence why you can't find it :)
