testfile appear in x.......but...i can modified it only using root
from desktop i can't. and still i can't save firefox or gimp docs...directly to x



Could we please have the output of the ls command so we can verify the
file_mode worked?

No.  This is irrelevant.  Linux makes everything appear as a file, that
doesn't mean it stores everything on the disk.

-- means that....i was miss-wonder....hhehihe
