firefox as a local app

I got firefox working as a local app today on one of our servers! I'm going
to clone it tomorrow as a precaution against my screwing it up trying to get
flash running as a local app as well. Which brings me to my questions for
this post:
Does anyone have any helpful hints/guides/success stories pertaining to
running flash as a local app? Is it even worth the trouble or will flash
still be too slow to practically use? I've got a dual quad core Xeon server
with 8 gigs RAM, a gigabit uplink to the NIC, and 10/100 links to P3 thin
clients with 128 MB RAM. I should double the RAM on the TCs right?
Thanks again everyone, between this and Postini enabling us to finally offer
secure email to our students it's shaping up to be a promising year for us
technologically speaking. Couldn't do it without yall. -joe
