Huge increase in multi-user server load after recent Lucid updates

Hi Jorge,

Did you ever resolve this? I have been seing higher than normal CPU
and Memory use on Ubuntu 10.04 running
2.6.32-27-generic #49-Ubuntu on AMD64

I have 16gigs of ram and I am swapping with a mere 19 users and local apps
