Edubuntu multiple user create and thin client manager install issues

Hi  and hell to open source lover

Hi, I am Jigmet and working as computer instructor at Dharamsala ,in India
and right now i installed Edubuntu 10.10 on Desktop having configuration
Intel i3 3.1GHZ and 4GB RAM , i just tried using on 20 system and it is
quite slow.
All the 20 users are loged on single user :jigmet and is this is the
problem.
How to create specific user for each thin client.
how to install thin client manager.

how to increase the speed up the network
