Hi Jeff,
I use something I learned on from list a couple of years ago. Here's a copy
of the applicable post from Andy, the person who made the script and has it
on line. I don't use it as a cron job but that would be good:

The script (two actually) that I currently used has been improved somewhat

and is reasonably well commented.
