  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - d/t/utils.sh: in autopkgtest, use --force-depends to fix autopkgtest
      on ubuntu cloud VMs.
    - d/t/control: corosync won't always start correctly in containers breaking
      the corosync test when the test dependencies are installed. Needs to be
      marked isolation-machine (see: LP: #1837091)
