  * Enable installed tests, ship them in a new binary
  * debian/tests:
    - set up the installed-tests as autopkgtests
  * debian/bolt.maintscript:
    - remove the /etc/dbus-1/system.d conffile on upgrade,
      it has been moved to /usr in the new version
