  * New upstream release.
  * Add debian/gitlab-ci.yml file with GitLab CI configuration.
  * Fix reproducible build when fixfilepath setting is set.
  * Fix hardcoded sip version in debian/not-installed.
  * Enable fixfilepath setting to make the CI reprotest pass.
