dbacl (1.14.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * QA upload.
  * Include <locale.h> in dbacl.h (Closes: #916182).
  * Regenerate lexer and parser during build using flex and bison.
  * Delete trailing whitespace from debian/{changelog,control}.
  * Upgrade to debhelper compat level 12.
  * Upgrade to Standards-Version 4.4.0 (no changes).
  * Add Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser fields in debian/control.
