   * Remove nonsense (calls to vgchange, random sleeps, etc.) from
     initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/lvm aka debian/initramfs-local.  The
     only thing that remains in this script is to create the symlinks
     /sbin/{vgchange,pvscan}.
