  * gtk-window-decorator: fix crash with Cairo theme (LP: #1847129)
  * Remove MATE configuration.

  * Use GLib.markup_escape_text instead of cgi.escape which was removed
    in Python 3.8.
  * Fix build with latest googletest, by using static libraries shipped
    by distro.
