  * d/copyright (Format, Source): Fix insecure URIs.
  * d/rules: Add override to install upstream NEWS file. Prevent helper
    tools from being installed into /usr/bin (closes: #910930).
  * d/watch: Use gemwatch.d.n.
  * d/upstream/metadata: Add metadata.
