Title:
update-manager indicator should be whitelisted in natty

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

For what I can understand, update-manager system tray indicator is not
whitelisted by default in Natty. That means that if you have update-
manager set up to just inform you of the availability of update,
without starting automatically, you will not notice the availability
  of an update.

I know that the above mentioned behavior is available only via gconf-
editor, but a lot of people have it configured like that, and if you
are upgrading to natty you can be kept by surprise.
