  Binary package hint: update-manager

  After relatively recent reboot, manually ran update-manager through
  System->Administration, it ran a check on the repositories, and
  offered me a partial upgrade option without much explanation as why.
  Upgraded a few packages, and then it crashed. Nothing too special to
  have caused it.
