Title:
  support for "apt:package-name?minver=1.0" syntax

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

I believe this is the last part of the specification [1] regarding
apt: links that has not been fulfilled.

This would be particularly nice to see implemented this cycle, as the
new http://apt.ubuntu.com is very likely to be launched by Natty's
release, and if this was implemented, instructions to use the 'minver'
syntax could be placed on the new website from the start and gather
  some publicity about using it.
