[Bug 820361] [NEW] "Install Now" accelerator placed before any letters

Public bug reported:

When installing Xubuntu Oneiric alpha 3, the "Install Now" keyboard
accelerator is under a space before the first letter, rather than under
the I.  It looks like this:

_Install Now

Other accelerator markings are placed properly and work (e.g. pressing
alt-B goes back) but pressing alt-I does not work as expected.
