Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Reviewing your log files attached to this bug report it
seems that there is a problem with your installation media (CD/DVD) or
with your hardware. Please retry your installation with new media and
if it still fails I'd recommend testing your memory. In the event that
is is not in fact an error with your installation media or hardware
please set the bug's status back to New. Thanks and good luck!

Title:
  installer crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

When I try to install Ubuntu 10.10 it goes to the end with the
slideshow but then says something about "erno input output error" and
tells me it could be a faulty cd or harddrive. I am using a usb that I
  created with unetbootin.

(And I couldn't figure out how to upload both files)
