  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Oneiric Ocelot desktop images dated 2011-08-03.2 stop at "Configuring target system..." and will not continue. message in syslog is 
  Aug  3 21:04:40 ubuntu ubiquity: /usr/bin/casper-reconfigure: package 'gnome-power-manager' is not installed

  which seems reasonable. Xubuntu should not need the gnome-power-
  manager.
