[Bug 821723] [NEW] [feature request] add a -u|--update flage

Public bug reported:

It would be *really* useful if apt-add-repository had a -u|--update
flag, that would immediately trigger an apt-get update on a successful
repository addition.

It seems I *always* run:
 $ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:foo/ppa
 $ sudo apt-get update

Rarely, if ever, are these two decoupled for me. It would be nice if I
could just tell apt-add-repository to JFDI ;-)
