  software-center crashed with DocNotFoundError in
  get_most_popular_applications_for_mimetype(): Document 184 not found

Bug description:
  Error was encountered immediately after launching Software Center and
  clicking on Installed Software in menu on the left side. No other
  actions were performed up to this point. The error does not appear to
  cause USC to crash. USC appear to function normally after error is
  dismissed.
